Disney Christmas Starts When

Does anyone know when Disneyland decorates the park for Christmas.. My family is planning a November trip and wanted to be there for the Christmas piece

Most of the stuff is usually open the first or second week of november, however sometimes the snow and xmas parade don't start till closer to the end of nov.

Disney should have decorations up this year by the first weekend of November. The Christmas Fantasy Parade is supposedly moving to DCA for this year and we don't know when that will start up. Also, no one seems to know what is going to happen with the christmas fireworks and snow.
