Yes, as long as you account for the crowds and don't overplan. Know what you want to do and know what kind of waits to expect.
I didn't do a lot but I did plenty of what I wanted. Others were able to do more than me, but I try to take my time instead of just hurrying about (not always successful admittedly )
For me it was worth it. It's all about managing your expectations. You won't be able to see and do everything during that time.
This is what we managed to do (not in this order): Rides
BTMRR
Pirates
HM
Peter Pan
Small World
Mad Tea Party
Dumbo
Winnie the Pooh
Laugh Floor
Space Mountain
Characters
7 Dwarfs (ETA: this took up about an hour of our time)
Bert/Mary Poppins
Tweedle Dee/Dum
Eeyore/Pooh/Tigger/Piglet
We are adults and enjoy it. We don’t do the character meets but try to get to the different snack places, go on some rides, see the special holiday shows, and the special holiday parade. Plus the snow on Main Street adds to the experience.
