Just wondering I have a low limit Disney Chase Credit Card I have had for a year I know the annual fee is $49 is there also a credit line increase when getting the premier card and if so do they do a hard pull on a credit report?

Just curious or can you have a low limit premier card?

When we upgraded to the Premier Disney visa, the credit limit stayed the same as we had with the regular Disney visa. I don't know if they pulled a credit report or not, seeing as we were already customers and they knew our creditworthiness.

I had a (relatively) low limit when I got my premier card (I didn't upgrade, I just got a new card, so now have 2).

I did, however, have to call and switch credit limits (I wanted the new card to have the higher limit) and they were able to pull up all my info quite easily and see my history. They offered raising my limit (which she said she may or may not be able to do immediately) or just moving around limits (which is what I did).

Anyway, long way of saying, if you have a credit history with them, it seems like they wouldn't need to pull a report, though your milage may vary and it may depend on how "good" they think your credit history is.

My limit was so low that I was having to pay off my CC a couple times a week just to book my disney vacation package!!

thanks for the info, I have a Chase Freedom and A disney card, the disney one is just a low $500 limit so I am wondering if you can have a premier card that low....

You can request a credit limit as low as you wish. The concern I would have is if it is worth it to pay a higher annual fee for the card. If you charged $1000 a month (you said paying it off more than once a month) then your 1% is $120 in points. You do get 2% on food and gas and Disney, but you may want to look closely at the numbers and see if you are charging enough to make it worth switching.

You already have a card so they would not need to pull your credit report to make a decision on the new card, they have your history with them. They do have your credit score on your account digitally. As long as there are no major changes, I don't see why they would pull a physical copy.
