Disney Chase perks at Epcot?

No, the lounge is for any Chase card holder. Illuminations viewing, if available on a given night, is for Disney Chase cardholders, however, if demand is low, they will offer wristbands to all Chase cardholders.

The disney rewards card site doesn't say anything about this. Is it a perk they don't advertise?

I used the lounge last year during F&W. I know they've had it in years past too. I would assume that it is still going to be there and that it's just not listed on the chase site. There should be plenty of info here as the next F&W approaches.
The lounge and the special seating for Eat to the Beat was good for anyone with a Chase card. The special area for illuminations viewing was specifically for people with a Disney Chase card. In the lounge there is a table where you are given a wristband for the events. Also keep in mind that availability is limited. I got there as soon as WS opened to make sure I got my wristbands.
Also, nothing there required a platinum card.

OH, is this only for F&W? That would explain alot.

So in June, there is but the one perk -- character m+g -- correct?

I used it for the discount at certain restaurants and shops. It's 10% off at participating restaurants, and 10% off in certain shops if you spend $50 or more.

The lounge has only been open during FW. It's not advertised because its not guaranteed. Likewise, the Illuminations viewing isn't offered every night; only on nights when another event has not been scheduled in the viewing area. There are numerous threads on this topic that can be accessed using the Search function. Lounge access has nothing to do with a platinum card.
