Disney Chase Credit Card fees

Anyone notice Chase is now charging a 1% monthly fee for all deferred charges? The 6 month no interest now charges 1% every month on whatever charges are still outstanding. Called when I saw it on my bill from a deposit from last month and they said it started last year but I can’t find anything about it. Anyone else?

I don't currently have a promotional balance. However, it's been my understanding that you've always had to pay a minimum amount towards the promo balance. You couldn't just carry the balance untouched for the full 6 months. I've always made regular payments towards the promo balance anyway.
