Disney Channel

It really isnt about boy girl stuff, and the thing we have to realize about the old retro shows is that those shows wont stay on the air forever. The thing I'm concerned about are the real Disney shows, htose are the ones I"m worried about. This channel is a non profit station so I dont see why they cant just make it for the fans, if the channel is called the DISNEY channel show disney, do not show Lizzie Mcguire or That's so Raven. The main reason for the channel is to advertise the Disney Brand, but by not showing Disney they're not advertising it at all, but what they are doing is portraying Disney as something strictly for preteen girls. And the problem is these young people will grow up believing Disney is just for kids and will not like it anymore. Kinda like, I liked Barney when I was young but it was advertised to me as just for toddlers so now as an older person I dont buy Barney products anymore. THAT is what will happen to Disney. THAT is what we need to stop from happening. The thing is, the shows that they are showing (which are not at all Disney related) aren't even of good quality, most critics would completely bomb down on That's so Raven and especially there Disney Channel Original Films, while giving critical apraise to Spongebob. But beyond that, the major problem to me is that the channel is called the "DISNEY" Channel and doesn't show any actual Disney.
