As they come off the feild my kids just called them to come over and they did most of the times they signed things and took pictures the best disney star was Corbin Bleu He never walked away from any one who asked for pictuers or wanted him to sign

Ok, I thought cameras weren't allowed? I don't know if I should send DH with a camera or not? Would they confiscate it? How cool would that be for DDs to come back from their trip with pictures of them with Disney Channel stars - they would be celebrities at their school!

In response to a few other questions, lime green is the color that represents the Dis boards. There are very humorous threads somewhere on the boards that talk about how you identify a fellow Diser in the parks (like wearing lime green shirts, making buttons with lime green mickey head paint samples from Home Depot, and giving them the Focker 2-finger, I'm watching you signal).

I always thought the first D in DD or DH, etc meant "Disney". Well, that's how I like to think of it anyway.

Yes, I agree that we (the Dis boards) are awesome! There has been such great information on this thread! I think we will be the most informed Disney Channel fans there! Thanks to all who have been so informative!

IF my math is correct that is only 192 tickets which is really not a whole lot in a 9,500 seat stadium.I agree with your "guess"-I don't think they will be the best seats.

Trying to catch up on the info from the last 2 days whew! So I'm not sure if you are referring to not "best seats" as the RD giveaways. My dd/ds won tics last year and it appeared (to me) that they had a section reserved.

I don't think those are correct, no HSM stars have been confirmed (so no Ashley Tisdale, yet), neither has Mitchel Musso, Emily Osment, or Miara Walsh, or the As the Bell Rings people, so I'm thinking your friend was just speculating.

i had heard that ashley was going to do the games because suite life is coming back, but that's the only one that made sense to me. i know jason earles and moises arias are doing it, so i was wondering where THEY were, along with anna maria perez de tagle and alyson stoner!

Yeah I didn't even think that some were MISSING lol. Yeah Anna Maria Perez de Tagle (needs to shorten her name!) Alyson Stoner, are confirmed, so they need to be on the team lists. And I was under the impression Suite Life was cancelled, but they're having a spin off with Brenda Song and Phill Lewis (which why isn't he in the games?) because Suite Life wrapped up filming in January or so because the boys want to do other stuff too, or something.

Hey guys i've honestly tried my hardest to pick up with this thread but it is sooo hard to catch up without getting confused. I will appreciate it more than anything in this world if anyone can answer these quick questions for me... it'd mean more than anything to get an answer!

I was reading back and someone said paying money to go to the DCG08? Not the concert but for the games? Is this true?

I also read something about a parade... okay.. i MUST know about this. What day? What time? Who'll be there? What park?

To those who were there last year at around what times did the stars come up to sign autographs? My mother and i are going to plan our itinerarys but we also want to be in our beloved parks... but we are confused... we don't know how many people will be there.. or if we should get their early or what.. i have not even a slight idea because i've never been... please help!

Any other information that is really important i'd appreciate by pm or something, i haven't really found the time to sit down and DIS lately. GASP! I know... shocking!!

There will be NO charge to enter Champion Stadium for the daily tapings just like last year.There WILL be a DCG 2008 parade! It will be at Disney's Hollywood Studios on April 30 at 2:15 PM!It was announced on OUR thread by a DCG 2008 representative yesterday! It has not been announced ANYWHERE else to my knowledge! No other information is available about the parade at this time.In MY experience last year all times at Champion Stadium are about the same for seeing the DCG Stars.There are some of them there basically all day during the tapings.I hope this helps you!

Cameras and recording devices were strictly prohibited last year for both the tapings and the concert and that is the case again this year per the announcements at dcgames2008.com and disneychannelgames.com.There is no gray area-they are not supposed to be brought into the stadium.That being said,there were a lot of cameras that "somehow" made their way into Champion Stadium last year. I never saw anyone's camera being confiscated or anyone being asked to leave,but I DID see some of the ushers get QUITE upset with people who were trying to take pictures.So the answer is NO,cameras are not supposed to be in the stadium,but they were in there and USED last year.I won't try to give you any advice on this subject-everybody will just have to make their own decision on what is the correct and ethical thing to do.

Thanks for the info! I was just guessing,because I know when I have won concert tickets in the past from radio stations,they weren't the "primo" seats!LOL It is good to know Disney does it differently and gives their winners good seats! It seems that Disney does EVERYTHING first class!

Thanks soooo much for all of the wonderful information. We will be arriving in Orlando mid-day Thursday 4/24. Like I had posted earlier on the thread, we are attending an event at WWoS all weekend. I will have my laptop with me and will post any info that I can acquire while at WWoS over the weekend. My husband thinks I have completely lost my mind when I suggested he drive home on 4/30 and my daughter and I fly home (AFTER the parade). How can we leave the day of the parade????? What would concert tickets mean to you if you got them? Are your kids major fans of Jonas Brothers or any of the other performers? What would you do for tickets? (Did you see that contest where dads wore high heels to compete for Hannah Montana concert tickets, lol!) I'm just curious here - and realizing I'm not alone in having crazed little fans in the household. Also, how many little fans do you have, and what ages are they? I was able to get (6) field tickets. We are not coming for any of the games, but I'm considering taking my daughter to the parade on the 30th. We only live an hour away so it's no big deal to drive over. My kiddos are major Miley and JoBros fans, but only my daughter enjoys going to the concerts. My daughter is 8.5 and my son is almost 6. We've seen Miley/JoBros in concert once, and I had tix to a 2nd concert but gave them to a friend.

No, we are not coming to WDW specifically for the taping of the dcgames... just so happens we will be in town- BONUS !!! Our daughter is 7 and loves dc channel so any glimpse we could get of the stars would be fabulous! I think if she got to meet Miley it would top the meeting of Cinderella when she was 4 lol. We will be leaving town before the concert... We say Miley/ Jonas Bro. back in November and I still don't think my ears have recovered!LOL Lots of screaming little girls- ages 8-80!!! I am looking forward to watching on TV this summer and hearing all of the details from the boards from all of the brave souls going to the concert
