HAL'S NOTE: I believe "High School Musical 3" is shooting. That's the list Disney Channel supplied. I'm sure there could be some surprises, but that's all I know for now.

But you 2 have been EXTREMELY helpful, and i'm thankful to have you guys helping out clueless ol' me. I know that previously you guys said that it depends on getting to meet them/autographs etc. But when do you think would be more likely afternoon, the latest at night or the earliest.

And can someone help me as to what time i should arrive? I don't want to be to late?! I'm like drivin myself nuts with all this planning and now trying to fit in DC games when it takes up 2 of my 4 nights 5 day vacation it's very difficult to do

Last year I got there at about 8:30 AM, because I didn't know what to expect. We made a few friends, and spent 2 hours singing disney songs. There were only about 20 people in front of us in line, but it got a lot bigger as it got closer to 10AM. We stayed until about 5ish and got about 10 (maybe more) autographs. I am not sure how many because I didn't have an autograph book, but my friends did so they got a bunch. But we saw every participant because we went on the day of Simon Says, which everyone participates in.

Last year Cole Sprouse told us there would be more autograph opportunities after the games, but we didn't stay long enough, so I can't be sure. You'll just have to take a guess at what time to go, there's really not any time that is "better" than another.

Okay, I couldn't stay away. This board draws you in! Here's what I'm thinking! Meaghan Martin and Luke Benward are "hosts," as opposed to participants. Maybe that's a "surprise," as Hal described. There are a few gaps (like Maiara Walsh, Madison Pettis, Emily Osment...), so I'm wondering if there are just a few unconfirmed still... I don't know why Chelsea Staub hasn't been announced, since she's told at least a couple of us she'll be there! But, at least we have most of the participants now! I guess we'll all be surprised with who shows up once we get there!

Ok, just found y'all again! We leave a week from today. So what's the latest on the concert (who will be performing), the fan day at HS on that Wed, and I see something about a parade?

Please give me the scoop! My kids have TOLD everyone I got tickets to the concert. They are the coolest kids in Atlanta at the moment!

We are seriously getting excited.... My daughter met Miley's grandmother at the Miley World pre-concert party in November and she freaked out. Just the mere possibility of her getting to meet any of the dc stars is over the top exciting!!!!! Leaving in 5 days...

OK,so Joe gets all the adoration and me and Sarahv17 are just a "side note"!?JUST KIDDING!LOL Yes,In MY experience it didn't matter a whole lot what time you were at a taping,if you stay long enough you will see DCG Stars.You mention you are trying to "fit it in" to your vacation.That is what I did last year and what I will be doing again this year.Last year I would go to a park for park opening-I love to be at park openings,especially the Magic Kingdom Welcome Ceremony and The Adventure Begins at Animal Kingdom-then I would do a few attractions and then head over to DHS and catch the WWoS bus.I would spend three to four hours at the DCG and then take the bus back to DHS and transfer to my resort bus there.Once back at my resort I would take a shower and "chill out' for a while and then head back to a park by late afternoon/early evening and stay until closing.I will tell you this-once you get your first autograph,if you are like I was,you will say-I am going to get ONE more autograph and then head to the parks-and that cycle will continue until you finally manage to PULL yourself away from WWoS.LOLGetting DCG autographs becomes very "addictive"!LOLBy the way,YOU ARE WELCOME and I agree with you,SarahV17 is an OUTSTANDING contributor!

Well,I have some good news AND some bad news. The bad news is that there will not be a Fan Day.The GOOD news is that there WILL be a DCG 2008 Parade! It will be at DHS on April 30 at 2:15 PM.The parade was announced on THIS thread by a dcgames2008 representative!To my knowledge it has NOT been announced anywhere else.Isn't that AMAZING!I still "think" there was a Fan Day planned for DHS on April 30 AT SOME POINT,but for whatever reason it "transitioned" into a parade.That is just an "educated guess"!As for the Concert I "think" the only ones confirmed by Disney so far are Jonas Brothers and The Cheetah Girls,but I could be wrong.There are STRONG rumors for several more,but to be honest I can't remember all of them!LOL Hopefully someone will supply you with the rumored Concert participants shortly.

Maybe "hosting" wasn't the best word! I get the impression Meaghan and Luke will be the "Madison Pettis" of last year... Don't quote me on this, but I think the video announcement Meaghan put up said they'll be online ... I know she said they'll be interviewing the participants and "possibly audience members."

That's great news about the parade as April 30 was our MGM, I mean HS, day! The kids will love it!
