Disney Channel Falls 2 New All-Time Low!!

i had my disney channel turned off for a few months and i just recently got it back. let me ask- where are all the late night ol school disney shows??!? i remember they used to have the original black and white mickey cartoons around 2 am.. even had some old shows of walt himself. i now turn on disney channel late at night and see friggin re-runs of sister, sister. or smart guy. i mean, these were hot shows in their time and i don't mind catchin them from time to time, but its almost like the coordinators over at the disney channel have lost their sense of loyalty to the origins of disney tv programming. sup wit that?

I think they took them off because no one was watching them! i loved those shows! they were amazing. I wish they would put them back on!

The Disney Channel is complete and udder garbage. I would not spend 1 minute of any day of the week watching it. It's nothing like it used to be when I was a young kid. They don't even run Disney Cartoons anymore!!! Disney Cartoons are by far the best things ever animated, and everything I know today, I learned from Disney Cartoons. Although Lizzy Meguire may be hot, the shows are garbage. Too bad Disney isn't going in the right direction. It's not just the Channel, take a look in the stores. The disney store is nothing but kids clothes and stuffed animals. Nothing for anyone over 10. What a shame!

I completely agree. They're all dumb shows like Lizzie Mcguire and Smart Guy, and Sister Sister... which the latter 2 are from like 1997! give it A BREAK!

Actually, my boyfriend and I watch Disney Channel all the time. We are 21 and 22 respectively. Both of us love Lizzie, Even Stevens, Kim Possible, and Thats So Raven. I dunno, maybe it's a gay thing!

I do miss some of the old stuff though, like Walt Disney Presents on Vault Disney. You probably don't remember, but there also used to be a show that explored DL and WDW every week... I loved one!

I used to have the Disney Channel when I was like 10. But my gran[pdarents have it as part of their cable line-up. I like some of their movies, but shows like Lizzie Maguire are way overrated. I agree that Disney just isn't what it used to be. What happened to movies like "Beauty and the Beast", "The Little Mermaid", "The Lion King" , you know, the GOOD ones?

I agree.....and what ever happened to In A Heartbeat? I thought it was a pretty good show. It was only on for one season though. I thought it was a good show, and the girl from there was pretty hot. I don't think lizzie mcguire is bad, but sister sister is awful. I really don't like it at all!!!

omg i LOVED In a Heartbeat! but they took it off after like what, 20 episdoes? WHAT IS UP WIT THAT?!?!
I really dont like the new disney channel.. The only shows I can actually stand are Even Stevens and Boy Meets World, but now BMW isnt even on nemore! I wish they would go back to wat it was b4.. I have The Goofy Movie taped from like '95 and it has commercials from the old DC.. Triple Feature Fridays were the best! and they have GOT to show the new MMC!

I MISS SO WIERD! THE ONES WITH FI ROCKED! We don't get the Disney Channel anymore because we never watched it. I hated all the re-reuns of Sister Sister and all that crap. I miss Zorro and The MMC. The old movies and good shows. I liked Even Stevens and Proud Family. But that's about it. Stuff that was on about 4 years ago and I miss the first Zoog Disney and the concert things they did(ya'll remember STEPS,Five,Youngstown) and the way they announced the shows

BMW and In a Heartbreak were my favorite shows i miss them so much Disney is going in the direction of younger children even the stuff they sell like in Disney stores and stuff so thats y the shows changed i think but i really do miss all those shows

The disney channel has changed...All they show is reruns and they only show cartoons from like 5 in the morning to like 12 or 1 and then they show all the reruns....but the disney movies come on every friday night at 7 (the good ones) on ABC like the disney classics...I miss In A Heartbeat and So Weird too.....i'm tired of seeing reruns of the same show like every other week! I use to love Disney Channel but i hardly ever watch it now cause i've done seen everything on there like 100 times!

I really do miss the old channel!!

2 summers ago I would watch MMC every nite(i even knew the dance at the beginning! ) and watch the movie! now all that is on is reruns of the shows they showed earlier in the day
and I wouldn't be so upset but there is NO WHERE else where we can get those shows.

I think they should do a Vintage Disney Channel where they could show that stuff all day and night! (kinda like how they have Toon Disney)
