Disney changed my FP time

So I got an email saying my FP for 7DMT had been changed. I looked at my booked FP and found that they made it 5 min later, why would they move a FP just 5 min?

When was your original time? Park hours might have been extended.

When asking a question about a specific time and date, please include that specific time and date.

This doesn't sound like a problem. It's just 5 minutes. Who knows. It'll all be fine.

Got one last night that our HS FP was moved to a full hour (it's at closing time). Looks like they extended close that night. Check the hours of your FP+ you might find the hours of the park are later.

Thanks for the replies, I checked and the park is open an hour later. Still not sure why they felt the need to bump us 5min tho. Oh well, I'm happy to see we get an extra hour in the parks. ☺

Possibly so they could open up more FP+s since the park is open later?

But, consider it a blessing Disney gave you a heads up on your FP+ change. Some companies aren't that proactive and courteous...heck, some would probably close the park 2 hours earlier and not give you advance notice!
