Disney canceled my Mine Train FP for Sept 27

My BTMRR was cancelled on the September 25th, it was scheduled from 6-7pm. My 7DMT was not changed, neither was my Peter Pan... not cool Disney!

I have a 5:30-6:30 PP FP and a 4:20-5:20 7DMT fast pass that are both still fine on the 15th. I think its the "anything overlapping 6:30 got canceled" Not a refurb. That's just a CM guessing.

Weird that I am able to get a ISAW FP+ for 5:45-6:45... I'm wondering if they are cutting the lines for the more popular lines early to clear them for the party.

"We're sorry, your previously confirmed FastPass+ selection for Peter Pan's Flight® from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on 09/27/2015 is no longer available due to an unexpected change in the operating schedule.

As a replacement, we have made a new selection for you at "it's a small world"® from 1:25 PM to 2:25 PM on 09/27/2015.

Visit My Plans on My Disney Experience for more details or if you would like to change this FastPass+ selection."

Well I got lucky, just went in to see what else was available, and was able to replace Splash Mountain with BTMRR. Not sure why Disney wouldn't just replace it with what you already had, but who knows. We have done fastpass+ on party tickets before, and have always had windows right up till 7pm.

I was just signing in to to see if anyone else had this issue! My fp for 7DMT for 9/15 was also replaced with Splash. I'm going to go check the refurb schedule and see if something new has been added

Just got off the phone with them. They're saying that they're shutting down Mine Train on those dates because of refurbishments. I pointed out that it seems odd that it's only on the MNSSHP days close to the 6-7 time period. So, they're either flat-out lying to cover their poor planning for MNSSHP, or they are planning random days of refurbishments.

They probably simply don't know what they are talking about. I just signed in and, lo and behold, I can make a 7DMT FP+ for 9/15 at 9:20 - 10:20 am. Doesn't look like a refurb issue. I think it has to do with MNSSHP too. You may want to try calling back.

I agree. I would have called the IT line directly. I doubt the regular call center CMs were even aware that it happened.

How do you see 7DMT at all? When I try to change the experience for the Splash Mountain replacement, it doesn't show 7DMT in the list... or is that because it's looking within the same exact time block? What an annoying system.

I sent a letter to customer service imploring them to fix this. If they don't, as drastic as it sounds, I expect this will be our 2nd and last trip to WDW. It's too much stress with scheduling and planning -- it's not a fair system. I'd rather run on the ground to paper fastpasses than spend hours planning a schedule, be on at midnight 60 days out, book stuff, and then pray that Disney doesn't randomly cancel and replace it. Freaking crazy.

What did you tell them? I called that number, too, and I was transferred to customer service, where I waited on hold for 6 minutes, and then Poppy told me that the ride was being refurbished that day.

I think it's more the principle of the matter.. but yeah..

The useful thing is that it shows us the range of rides, which supports the theory that it's relate to MNSSHP and not really a refurbishment of Mine Train, for instance.
