I was trying to see if they had space available at the campground(not the cabins) online but I was not able to.
Does anyone know if this is possible or do I just need to call?
Thanks in adavance.![]()

Keep calling early in the morning everyday....Reservations that are cancelled show up the next morning and you never know, you may just get lucky...![]()
Isn't is so nice of the snowbirds to book 3 and 4 months at a time so the rest of us can't make any trips there!!!!!Yes, you can book online but if campsites are not coming up as available that probably means that it is booked for the dates you are requesting. We tried the website but campsites were not being shown as an option. So we called and were told that it was booked solid for Feb. 2008 . It was hard for us to believe being a year away but sadly it is true. Goodluck.

Yes, it seems to me that there should be a length of stay limit on the campground, so that more people would get a chance to share in the magic.
I guess if we really want to go, we may have to stay in a hotel.![]()
I agree that it's getting really tough to get a site. I have a site reserved for March, June and Thanksgiving weekend. I made the ressies well in advance.
I heard that are going to expand FW and if they do it should be to accomodate the big rigs that stay for months at a time and give us the reg. sites back. Just my .02
I hope to be one of those snowbirds starting in November 08. Can't wait to start making my reservations for 4 months. Does anyone know if there is a limit to the length of each reservation. I seem to remember someone (maybe Carol) stating that there was a 30 day limit on a reservation so multiple reservations are necessary. Anybody know??
