Disney called on to disclose park injuries, settlements

I read a article on another site where a portfolio management group with a stake in the disney company wants sharholders to vote on a proposal that would require disney to make public settlements of lawsuits and theme park injuries. Maybe somebody more computer literate than i could post a link. It was in the Los Angeles daily news and i think the address is www.dailynewslosangeles.com/business/articles/0801/30/biz02.asp or the main address dailynews.com .What do you think about this porposal, is it good or bad, would you vote for it if a shareholder??
