I got home from work and my son who was home sick all day (12 1/2 years) said - Mom someone from the secret Disney website called (that is what he calls DIS) about the Diamond Horseshoe Revue they want to reopen it!! I had written an email about closing the DHR. It was a very nice call, about they realize how disappointed people are when their favorite attractions close and they would forward it on to the President of the MK. My middle DS said "Mom they don't really care that you are upset, they just want you to THINK they care". She left me a phone number, maybe I'll just call back and say thanks for the nice message and making me THINK you care!! - lol. It's still nice to have your complaint recognized.

Glad to hear that you received a response. I would definitely call her back and thank her for listening to your concerns.

Perception is what is important, I think. I want to THINK they care too. I'm glad they acknowledged your email.

I received a call once from Disney. It was in regards to a complaint I sent them. I can't have my hand stamped because the ink (or whatever it is) makes me very sick. They have to come up with a different way to stamp something. In the past it hadn't been a problem but the last time they really put up a fuss. I told the person at the gate and the manager that eventually came what had been done in the past but they were not going to let me in (I had a pass). I said that I was going to go higher up and then they let me in. It seems there is a policy in place for someone like me.
