Disney BWI Building Question

Hello,

In a few short weeks we will be staying at the Boardwalk Inn, over first stay off the Monorail loop and are very excited. Does anyone have any input on which would be the best building to stay in at BWI given a choice? At the moment we have booked a Waterfront Room and have the option to request either a building and/or floor number. Any advice would be great!!!

There is only 1 building at BWI.

I would request higher floor for a waterview (boardwalk view) room as you might find it a bit quieter to be up higher.

There is only one elevator bank at BWI so if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues you might want to request close to elevator.

Yes, if you need an elevator for anything either request to be near it or request first floor. It is RIDICULOUS that they don't have more than one bank of elevators for that resort! The hallways are never ending We were stuck with a stroller on the 4th floor pretty far from the elevators and it was TERRIBLE. I liked everything else about this resort, but we won't be staying there again until our stroller days are behind us.
