Disney bus vs town car to port

Hey All,

I'm hearing a lot of folks suggesting an early arrival to the ship to make reservations for the spa and Palo's. My family is scheduled to take the Disney bus from our resort to the port; however the bus doesn't leave until 11:45. Will that get us to the boat early enough? (I really want that massage!

If the answer is no, would I be able to cancel that leg of my Disney transport and get a refund? Also, any suggestions on which transport company to use?

We used Yourride and had a stretch limo round trip. For 5 people, it was only $20 more than the DCL bus & we were on our own schedule.
