Hello everyone!! I'll be to Disney by June, i wonder how long does it takes to go from All-Star Movies to Downtown Disney, including waiting times. We'll arrive to Orlando International Airport at 13:30 on Saturday 12nd, and we have tickets for Cirque Du Soleil show at 18:00!!, considering that we have to check in, take a shower and probably eat something, i'm afraid not to be there on time!!! I'm also concerned about the time from airport to the All-Star Movies.. please your help will be highly appreciated! thanks :)

You'll need to be at the theater 30 minutes before the show starts, so you'll be cutting it pretty close.

I would be at the bus stop by 4:30. 4:45 at the absolute latest. DTD buses don't come as frequently as park buses.

You don't say how you're getting to your resort from the airport, but I would count on it taking about 90 minutes from the time you land, which would put you at the resort around 3:00. Your room will probably be ready when you get there, but it may not be, which would definitely put a kink in the shower plan.

Also,a Taxi from All-Star Movies to DTD would be another option.:)

It would cost "around" $20.00 and take "about" 15 minutes.

There are usually Taxis waiting out front, but I would go ahead and call the Front Desk an hour or so before you need it to make sure one will be waiting for you.:)Another advantage of a Taxi is that it could drop you off right at the venue.:)

If you do decide to take the Bus,be sure to stay on the bus until the second DTD stop. That will put you closer to the venue.:)

Thank you both for your kind and soon answers!!

We were thinking on taking the Disney Bus from the airport to the hotel, since it's free for us and we are a group of 5. Otherwise, a taxi would cost $20.00 each?? jojo! we'd consider it just in case of an emergency.

I've read that making on line check-in would reduce our waiting time on hotel's front desk, is that true in practice???

WEDWDW, when you mention the second DTD stop, you mean the one located next to Pleasure Island?? i've read there is no bus stop on Westside, is that right??

Thank you very much!!! :)

Get off at Planet Hollywood (Pleasure Island).

The bus stop (old West Side) next to Cirque is not in service.

DTD buses are dispatched at the same 15-20 frequency as the park buses. The problem with DTD buses is it takes so long, once you are on the bus, to get to and from there because of the remote location of DTD.

No matter what, I think you are going to be rushed to get to the 6:00 show. I am not sure if this is possible but have you considered changing your tickets to the later Cirque show?
