Hi all,

I'm working on an article about burgers at Walt Disney World. I specifically would like to hear about your favorite (non quick dining) burgers. It can be from any of the parks or from a resort.

Which ones were the most "WOW" that you enjoyed.

Thanks!

My absolute favorite was the burger at Le Cellier which I liked even more than the filet! Sadly, it disappeared from the menu when they went signature. Right now, I would have to say my favorite is the one at Yak & Yeti ...

Kobe Beef Burger
10 oz. grilled American Kobe beef burger, sesame-soy mayonnaise, crispy shoestring fries. Topped with choice of shiitake mushrooms and scallion compote or Asian slaw
$18.49

We like it with the shiitake mushroom and scallion compote

Thanks for that. Looks like it will be worth a try...and a little exotic.

The best one I've had was at the QS at Contemporary. The burger was perfectly cooked, good bun and a great fixings bar.

We enjoy the rainforest and Trex burgers.. Also liberty tree burger was pretty ok..

I'm usually pretty good at the abbreviations but I can't place QS?

DH had a cheeseburger at beaches and cream and he said it was one of the best burgers he's ever had. :)

Not sure if this counts, but the Vegetable burger at Hollywood Studios Sci Fi Dine-In was very nice!

Me too!!!! :(

My favorite now is the Burger 'r' Way - Char grilled sirloin burger with bacon, tomato chutney, and Dubliner vintage cheddar - from Raglan Road

Rose and Crown's breakfast burger is one of my favorites since Le Cellier stopped making theirs.

My DH said the burger he had at Liberty Tree Tavern was the best he's had at Disney

I have an ADR at Rose and Crown..maybe I will try that one. I miss the Le Cellier one :sad1: Oh wait...I just looked at the menu and it's only on the lunch menu and I am going for dinner

The Plaza and Sci Fi have always been consistently good for us :thumbsup2

Scott you'll see some good remarks about the burger with lobster on it served at the Grand Floridian Café. I like burgers and lobster, but I wasn't too crazy about the combination. Thought it deserved a mention though.

I had a very good burger at Beaches & Cream but it was years ago. Like many dishes at WDW, the quality may have declined. :earsboy:
