Hi

I got married at the Disney Wedding Pavillion in March 2005.

My wedding coordinator thought you guys would like to see my wedding pics.

I see I have to post a number of times before I can post a link so

Please ask any questions you may have and hopefully i can post a link to my pics soon. :)

Hello :wave2: and :welcome:
(he) she's right - I'd sure love to see your photo's and I'm sure lots of others would, too! It's great to hear from brides that have experienced a DFTW - we can ask lots of questions!!!! :yay:

Tell us EVERYTHING(!) about your wedding: what time of day, where was your reception, did you have intimate or custom, who did your photo's, did you have any 'extras'.........

Yes, yes YES!! We love to see pics! And hear about all the details!!

Looking forward to them!!

Welcome to the Dis! It'll be wonderful to see your pics! To the experienced posters: how exactly do you post photos? I'm a bit of a computer spaz, and I can't figure it out!

Our intimate fairytale wedding took place on
Thursday 31st March 2005 at 2pm
Our venue was Disneys Wedding pavillion for the ceremony
Cake & champagne reception at Commanders Terrace, Grand Floridian
and Meal at Chef's Domaine, Citrico's, Grand Floridian.

I'll start by saying it was the most wonderful experience ever. :cloud9:
We decided to marry at WDW while travelling across to the Magic Kingdom on the ferryboat.

Our wonderful wedding coordinators were Lynn (Disney) and Yvonne (Virgin), our fairy godmothers!

Our wedding photography and videography was by total imagery, we also had arrival shots and the Magic Kingdom Bridal Photo shoot with Disney photographic.

Any questions, please feel free to ask (the most posts I can do - the quicker I can post pics! :) )

I noticed that you had a Virgin WC - are you from the UK? How did you find dealing with a 'middle man' like Virgin? I've heard quite a few people recommend going straight to Disney.
Did you have any 'extra's' like characters, coach etc? How long did the whole thing last - from leaving your hotel (which hotel?) to after the cake/champagne ceremony? What was Commander's Terrace like? When you had your MK photshoot, did you get a CD with your photo's on - will it allow enlargements to be printed?
Please post lots and lots - can't wait to see your photo's!!!!!!!

Yes Im from the UK. We found having Virgin as the 'middle man' was great when in resort. I did find Virgin over here were pretty clueless, but they more than made up for it in resort. We felt we were looked after from all angles.

No characters, no coach all our extra expenses went on photography and videography and my dress!!!!!!!!

Hi and welcome. I am so looking forward to seeing your pictures.
It's lovely for up & coming brides to have a peek, and great for all us past brides to re-live that beautiful memory.
Did you have many come to your wedding with you?
And how did you plan all your wedding without the advice of this board???
was it hard being so far away??
I live in England too. This board was so invaluable to me. I just dont know how I would have done without it. I wouldnt have known anything without it.

I cannot wait to see you pictures! I love weddings...when can mine be? Hmmm, I guess until I leave age 15 I will live vicariously through all of you!

The CD was included in the price, there were about 100 shots on there.

I did the copies myself using truprint.

I don't how many times I have to post, can a moderator help us out here please?
