Disney bride and groom t-shirts have been my project the last week, though I ordered through Zazzle.com instead of DIY.
To create the first set on Zazzle, I saved the blank Mickey heads to my computer. I also used Paint (old school, I know) to remove Walt Disney World from the bottom of her designs. Then uploaded them to my account on Zazzle. Finally, I added white text on top. There's a lot of different things you can do with those blank Mickey heads, and she's got them with a bunch of characters, including several prince/princess combos.

And, obviously, I used the Bride and Groom from this thread to create the blue and green t-shirts. For the 4 shirts on Zazzle (and using one of the coupon codes provided) I'm paying about $70. Probably a lot cheaper to use iron-on, but this was a lot easier. I'll take pictures when I get them.
Glad there's a good thread like this going!

These wonderful DISigns did not pass their copyright test. You'll have to do it a different way.
