Where is a good place to buy Disney Trivia books in WDW?

I have never really found anywhere on previous trips so some DIS advice would be greatly appreciated thanks :flower:

I'm not sure if you can buy any there but on amazon.co.uk you can order Walt Disney World Trivia Book by Lou Mongello. Of course I'm shamelessly plugging the book because he's my friend but it is a really good book. The price is 8.59 GBP. I would probably look at Downtown Disney for books. I do know they sell some books at World of Disney and Wonderful World of Disney but I'm not sure which book they sell.
Good luck! Cheers!

thanks for the advice

my DBF is very much in to all things disney rail road at the moment

and I love all things disney :earsboy:

Thanks for the advice but I want to actually buy the books out there rather than over the internet (purely as they may be cheaper that way!!!)

I think down town disney might be the place :goodvibes

but are there any little hidden book shops anywhere? :confused3

I'm not sure about any hidden book stores. They do sell books at a store in the UK pavilion at Epcot but they are mostly British related. World of Disney at DTD is still probably the best place. You may have some luck buying a book at the gift shop in the resorts too. For DBF I would look at Wonderful World of Disney, there are a lot of books on Walt so I'm sure you could find something there refering to the Railroad since it was a huge passion of Walt's too. They also might have some books in MK since the train is there.
When are you going? We will be there next week for 2 weeks if you would like me to look around to give you an idea of what's out there.

I will just have to have a little hunt myself!!! to be honest I don't really mind all that much :teeth:

I've seen the Hidden Mickey book for sale at Mouse Gear at Epcot. Maybe they have some trivia books there as well.

Hey maybe we'll see each other. I can pick your brain about life in England. DH is trying to get his company to move us there because he does a lot of work in Europe. One of his co workers told him that he was a bad American because he acts to British. LOL!!!

I hope you find what you are looking for!

Unfortunately, my book isn't sold in the parks, and I don't know of any other trivia books sold in WDW (believe me, I look) LOL If you buy the book from my site, I'll send it to you (and it's still the lowest price online)

P.S. Thanks for the kinds words and support, Buffy :)

Yo Lou!!!!
Love ya, mean it!! Can't wait til this summer. Sorry we didn't make it to Mousefest but Ray had to take a last minute business trip to Belgium. I did however down load your Podcast, sounds like everyone had a great time. Maybe we'll make it next year.

You're the best, Buffy - thanks! :) Hope to meet you face to face at MouseFest 2006! Thanks for listening to the podcasts!

Have a safe, happy and healthy holiday! :goodvibes

I had hoped to pick up the Imagineers Guide to the MK when we were there in Oct. No luck. In fact, I was surprised to see how few books about WDW were available...and I looked pretty much everywhere during our stay!!! Of course, there was the book I wanted waiting in a great big display in my bookstore at home. Go figure. I can't believe Disney's missing out on a opportunity like this!
