Im just doing some test bookings (to check prices) and looking at the virgin website for the 3rd August. It want allow any upgrade on the flights to PE. Does anyone know why?

I'm wondering.... when you look at flights on Virgin Atlantic site they are much cheaper on the 3rd than the 2nd - do you think this has something to do with it?

Do you mean VH won't let you upgrade?
VH only get allotted so many seats in each class, once they are sold it will show no availabilty but they will still be available drect with VA.

Thanks Wayne - it seems odd though, doesn't it, that they have no PE upgrades for that flight which is still 11 months away!!

Anything is possible with flight bookings, as I said they only allot so many seats per flight to VH, if a large family or group have booked that will wipe out their allocation.
Possibly a bit far out for business travel but Orlando is also a destination for conferences, many business travellers opt for PE.
Always possible a glitch in system or seats being held and then might be released in a day or 2.
