Disney booking confirmation

I booked direct with disneyworld.com well over a month ago now, but have not had a booking confirmation through the post yet (I've had an email one though).

I got the impression they would be sending one.... do they usually take this long?! The booking is still showing ok on their website so I'm not overly worried - yet!

Ours took a while to come through....atleast 3 weeks......do you have your reservation number???...you can check your reservation online....

yeah I have a reservation number and it all looks ok online, and the planning guys at AKL have been dealing with my ADRs fine so should all be ok.

Guess I should double check they have my postal address correct maybe!?

For room only bookings you will only receive an email.

For package bookings you may or may not get one at the time of booking but at about 3 weeks out you will receive all you paperwork usually from DHL.

We got our confirmation letters in the post but the luggage tags they gave to us upon arrival....the previous time we got the tags sent to us.

We have booked 1 night room only and we received a confirmation through the post , took about 3 weeks thogh but we could check it online and it was all correct, we had to change to date 2 weeks ago and received new confirmation within a week!

We've booked a package for June and I was told if booked online you will receive only an email confirmation. The 'travel documents' are sent to you approximately two weeks before departure apparently.

I second this. I did receive paper confirmation about 3 weeks later but when I amended my booking I was told to just print it off from the website using the booking reference number as it's the same information.

We booked with disney.co.uk and was told we would not receive an email confirmation but would get a postal confirmation, this was 2 weeks ago and we still havent received anything! We have checked online and everything is showing still so not worried.
