Disney blu ray - no code?

Just opened my diamond edition of the little mermaid. There was no code listed for my digital copy and dmr points.

Anyone know if I can write and get a code? But who should I write to? Dmr?

A couple years ago, my son would heist the papers with codes and lost one. I called and they gave me a new "one time" code and told me next time it would cost $5. However, in your case I would just take the movie back, explain the situation and ask for an exchange.

Call Disney Movie Rewards costumer service and explain what happened.

I had this happen with a copy of Toy Story I bought when the 3rd movie came out. I explained there was no code in the movie case and they gave me a code over the phone. They just asked for a number that was printed on the case to verify it should have come with the code.

They sure make things confusing with their marketing! I pulled up pictures of the "Diamond Edition" box; some say it includes digital copy and some do not. Does your box say it includes the digital copy? We hadn't opened our copy yet, so I just opened it to make sure the code was in there.

I had something similar happen years ago -- you will need your Blu-ray + your purchase receipt (full instructions can be found at the DMR website after you log-in).

I lost two codes together after purchasing the movies. I just sent it through email. There's a process on the DMR website. You just take a picture of the UPC and receipt and they'll add the points for you. It's nearly the same as claiming theater tickets. It took a few days, but there were no issues with it.
