I've seen some websites listed and I can't remember them. I cked out one listed on this Forum and it didn't have any.
I'm kind of looking for something to carry stuff in parks, other than fanny pack. Something maybe like a thin, small backpack w/stringy straps. Lightweight...going in June. :sunny:
Thanks....

Last year it took me forever to find just the right backpack. I did end up finding it on ebay after quite a bit of searching. Mine is Winnie the Pooh. DH wanted straps that would buckle in front of the chest to take some weight off your back and shoulders. It took awhile to find this in Disney style.

don't know exactly what I want---maybe something w/thin straps that comes across front of chest.
oh well, definitely is fun planning tho', huh?

My backpack of six years broke on me during my first day at the parks. I bought a WDW backpack and the bag worked great, infact it was lighter and more comfortable then my previous backpack.

I usually used a small, black Nine West backpack. But while I was in WDW last year I bought a canvas Mickey tote, and it worked out perfectly! I defintely plan on using it again in March.

Have you tried looking at ebags.com ? If they don't have it, I doubt anywhere will!

:cool1: there' 145 Disney backpacks listed under Disneyana on ebay....should be something you can use. The one we use now is non-disney, lite weight, mesh, that we found at Walmart for $4----most of the time Disney security just looks thru the mesh without opening the bag. :smooth:

You need one of those backpack style things that cinch at the top. They're just perfect...I got mine at disney. Here's a picture of the shape I'm talking about, but I prefer the disney one since it's waterproof, they also make them out of nylon with Nike and Adidas, etc. logos.

I just bought a Mickey purse , flip flops and tote from Avon. They also have a nice umbrella.

I have one shaped like the Vera Bradley, but done in a guatemalen weave I got at the Mexico pavillion in Epcot. I have one like the other picture only a bright Hawaiin print I got from PacSun. Both are lightweight, neither is waterproof. I use them both at WDW (or other theme parks that I need to carry extra stuff)

I'd carry an old tote down & buy your new one at WDW - You'll have a great practical souvineir.

and ideas...so many heads are definitely better than 1... :)

on the ebags I looked and they are waterproof-that's a wonderful idea in case it starts to rain :umbrella: ...plus, they also have a teenee bag that may go across my chest...

I'll also watch the local stores as it gets closer to June and I'm sure I'll find the perfect thing.

THANKS again, I really appreciate the great suggestions!!! :wave2:
