Has anyone ever incorporated Disney into a baby shower? Looking for ideas, pics, anything! thanks!!

There is always Pooh Bear as a theme, but it really depends on who the Disney stuff is geared toward, mom or baby.

I had a Disney Babies themed shower 12 years ago . SO much fun. Our nursery was themed that way too. It was a lot of soft pastel colors...you could go that way, or with Pooh--soft greens, ivory, lavender. Or, you can go with a brighter Mickey theme--reds, yellows, blacks. Just depends on the personality of the mom and what they like.

Just thought of something... is it a girl? What about a Wonderland tea party?? Use soft blues and white with lots of foliage on the table - grass, flowers, other stuff.

thanks! Sorry i wasnt very specific! I dont yet know the gender, I find out in two days! I could check back in with more info then! Other than that I am the disney lover and so it is really a theme for me haha! I guess i am looking for favor or invite ideas, things like that! thanks so much!

Have you done any Internet searches for Disney Baby Shower? Some online stores have invitations, plates, cups, etc. I orginally was hoping for a Disney baby shower, but my MIL is not a fan of Disney and doesn't really care about what *I* like, so she picked the theme it was babies in pea pods.. Oookay.. Not what I had in mind, but whatever.. Anyway, there are things out there! I'd post some links, but I don't think it's allowed.

For my baby shower two weeks ago, my plates were Kanga and Roo(mainly roo). I LOVE Roo!!!!!! My sisters got the plates napkins, cups, and tableclothes when I first got engaged over 4 years ago. My mom even got my soon to be daughter a Roo stuffed animal.
I wanted to say too that if its a girl... Walmart has some really cute princess baby stuff like a bank and things. I have pics from the shower and the princess stuff (got it as gifts and was thrilled). When I remember how to put the pics up I will get some on here.
