Mal I meant no offense about what I said it just seems you are the only one that gives us insight on this and it should be Kris doing it. I am glad someone at least helps us. An also when everyone attacked Disneyawards site I stuck up for it even though I had never done it before so I understand where you are coming from.


Further more if you look at Kris's update it seems now you are going to have to possibly pay now to be a member to keep cashout values the same. If not she is going to double the amount of cashout.

I feel bad for the problems she is having. It was a great idea to help people try to get to disney but it just seems she is pulling what suzy kats did to alot of people. To me it is not worth it to pay to be a member of the site but then again that is just my opinion. I still say there is something rotten in denmark with this one. Has anyone every got their cashout from last quarter yet.

thanks for the explanation of what you meant.

I am not defending or condemning Kris or the program only time will be able to do that.

As for cash out I have not cashed out since it went to this so I can not respond to that.The people who have cashed out can if they will.

I have cashed out in the first quarter which ended on march 30 and have not gotten the $20 disney dollars

I also cashed out at the end of the second qaurter June 30 and not recieved anything for that so far either.

LOL, no way am I giving $70 to someone on the hopes that I might make it back plus a little profit. I'd rather send the money to one of you, at least then I'd know it would be going to a disney trip

I love the DA site, but must admit I am becoming concerned that people that have cashed out months ago have yet to receive their Disney Dollars. I thought there was a time limit in which you were supposed to receive them or you'd get points or something. To those of you that have cashed out, have you at least received the points? I know Kristi is working hard and I appreciate her time; however, this is a little concerning. Also, what exactly does it mean that they changed "servers?" How much longer can we expect the site to be down?

Disney Awards is now up and you can earn points again.At least I am because I asked point blank and she (Kris) did not say no.

I am hoping she will credit the points back that people are missing from automation, and just this past month. If she doesn't that will push me back to a $10.00 DD. I can only hope.

Well at least you all are one up from me. I was one of the lucky people from the second quarter who had a problem with points disappearing during one of Bob's program upgrades. I had emailed her immediately about it and she said she would let me know the status...well that was back in June! I never received an email about cashing out and I should have been able to get either a $25 resort certificate or $30DD depending on weither or not she gave me the credit for signing up for Bay 9/Xuppa. I also had the points that were not added from automation blah, blah, blah.
Well I haven't done the program since 8/11 and am not sure if I will be again. I had sent her an email about the rememberance candles and she never got back to me. Guess she wasn't that interested in selling another 3.
Anyway I've had my little rant and now have to get my rump up from in front of the computer and get dinner started. Hope you all who are continuing DA have good luck, cause I sure didn't and I spent alot of time doing it.
I just sticking to my little Mypoints for now. At least they have always been good to me and at least I get a email response from them.

I was hoping to have received my reward from June already and have it in my hot little hands for my December trip.
Doesn't it say somewhere on the web site that for each week we don't get our reward we recieve points......Anyone know???
I'm owed $10 from June cashout and will have another $10 from the Sept cashout.
Getting very discouraged..........

It says it can take 10-12 weeks after quarter ends, if you don't receive your prize in that time frame then, you will get 100 bonus points for every week after that. It then says, (which doesn't make sense to me) If prize is sent members won't aquire bonus points for mail delays.
