I joined Disneyawards as a fairly inexperienced person doing the reward type programs, maybe that was an advantage to me since I had to take the time and read the site through, I didn't and still don't think the site is confusing ....but again it could be cause I took the tour....clicked on the pics leading to other pages, and read everything before I started, and If i had any other questions I asked Kris or someone else with more experience than I . I don't know why , but I didn't have a hard time getting the hang of the site. I do understand where folks are coming from that are use to the other click through type programs, its hard to change routine and the way we do things , but this is a unique site, different from all the others I have seen , guess thats why I like it , but I understand how much work goes into this type of program both in time and energy, and expense. Kris is working real hard ( alot of hours ) to keep things going , but she is only one person and changes take time, and since I joined the program , Henwen's forum has been added to give some information on each page on the site. visit there, I use it quite often for helpful directions, and also on the forum boards under disney awards and goofy gossip. There certainly hasn't been any other rewards type sites that I have seen that takes the time to respond to questions , keeps the members informed , or adds such a personal touch in communication with its members as Disney Awards does. All I have ever gotten from the other reward sites I contacted were automatic responses or nothing at all pertaining to my individual question.
