Disney Animator Dolls (Rapunzel)

Not sure where to post this, but I bought a DAD Rapunzel and one half of her hair on her head is wonky? It's got about half the amount of hair in it than the other side does. Is this normal?

My DD has the same doll and Rapunzels hair is the same on both sides. Sorry.

My DD also has that doll and her hair is the same amount on both sides. Are you in a position to take it to a store and ask for an exchange?
