Disney and tax rebates

I have a question for the seasoned WDW visitor.

What impact do you think the tax rebates will have on WDW?

I'm wondering if it will decrease the likelyhood of any codes or discounts, will WDW figure people now have money to spend on a vacation?

OR

Will it increase the likelyhood of codes or discounts as Disney will try to entice people to spend their tax rebate on a WDW vacation?

What do you think?
