Same for us only 56 trips. I just got bit by No-See-Ums at home at our dog park last week and they still itch. Some people may be confusing bed bug bites with No-See-Ums if they can't find the evidence of bed bugs.
This thread is interesting because i experienced bed bugs at A.S.Music about 2 years ago. I inspected my room upon check-in too, as I always do at disney and any other hotel. Apparently there were only a few bugs, thats why they werent that easy to find. Anyway, my first night there i happen to see a bug on my sheet after my morning shower and quickly snapped a pic. I didnt think anything of it, but i showed it to front desk anyway. They brought their bed-bug-detecting dogs right away and sure enough, they confirmed it was bed bugs. I only had a few bites on my legs...so it wasn't too bad. Im so grateful that i caught it on my first night there. Had i not seen the bug at that moment, lord knows what wouldve happened. I could've taken that sucker home with me!
I have to say, disney handled the situation very well. I was very impressed. They treated all of my belongings and had them returned to me that night. Disney truly is remarkable with customer service.
Lastly, bed bugs can pop up anywhere. And yes, even disney resorts have them...value, deluxe, etc. Bed bugs dont have a "category" preference!
Even stores on 5th Ave in NYC got them - Abercrombie and Fitch had to close to de-bug a few years ago. Made for some good headlines - "Abercrombie and Itch".

ha ha. Abercrombie and Itch. Too funny.
Honestly I’m kinda surprised that stores can get them. But hey, anything is possible. A few class rooms in a few local universities got them one year.
Has this been confirmed yet? I am a little confused after reading whether the original post is sure it was Disney or if they heard it might have happened.
