Disney After Hours

We have booked a trip to Disneyland Tuesday April 30th to Thursday May 2nd. I now see that there is an after hours super hero event going on in DCA two nights that we are there. We are not interested in attending, there will be more than enough for my 5 year old to see. How will this effect the crowds in the park? Any strategies on which park to visit on the event days? We are early risers, have a park hopper ticket and using our magic morning on Tuesday in Disneyland.

I am actually going on the same days (April 30 to MAy 2).

My understanding is that during the day, there should be lighter crowds in DCA, but starting at 6PM you should start seeing more crowds, since that is when the After Hours tickets are let in.

I am not sure how this will affect DL park.

I am doing Disneyland, DCA, and Disneyland.

It shouldn’t really affect crowds. I went to 90s night and entered the parks at 6pm and the crowds weren’t any different than a regular week night.
