Yes, same cost.

Sometimes later in the evening you may find the parking booths unattended or find a CM that just waves you through, but other than that it’s the same cost.

We arrived a bit before 8:00pm (on a 9:00pm closure night) on our DAH night this past August and the parking booths were unattended at that time. I was staying on site anyway, so not paying for parking, but I nice perk for those who otherwise would've had to pay. That's just one night, so not saying that's the norm for every DAH night, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is since there would not be a lot of revenue to be made from parking on a DAH night anyway. I guess be prepare to pay and consider it a bonus if you don't.
