Disney Addresses

Below is a list of Disney personnel and their addresses. Remember, they would like to hear positive as well as negative. And from what I hear, they really do listen at times!!

I want to thank ParrotHead of WDWBLUES for supplying me the latest info. Now remember, it is the latest according to Parrothead and myself. That doesn't mean that Disney automatically agrees. Unfortunately Ei$ner does not FAX me with the latest personnel changes no matter how much I complain about being included in the loop!!

I'd like to leave these on the top of the board as a reference for those of us who may, as events unfold, be moved to share our thoughts with the company we all love so much.

Orgininally posted by dscoop:

...well, this may or may not violate posting guidelines...but here's the Burbank Disney number...as recommended by the CM I spoke with, call and ask for Presslar's office...call often, yet be civil...express how you don't like the changes, then call back and ask for Roy Disney's office...you can sit at a keyboard and complain or you can take affirmative action...

...emails are nice, but repeated phone calls work best...just don't be hostile...be firm but not threatening...carpe diem, my friends...choose whether to be an ordinary moaner and complainer or an extraordinary activist!!!!

Here's the number you should memorize and call everyday!

(818) 560-1000

Right at the top of the first post is a link for E-Mail.

You can use the one in the above quote as well.

As for specific E-Mail addresses. Sadly, I don't have that info. If anyone else does, send it along and I'll included in the original.

Thanks all!!! And happy writing!!! :bounce:

I can't seem to get an email through to Disney Guest Services no matter what I try...

http://disney.go.com/Mail/DisneyWorld/index.html gives an error when you click "send" (each time.)

Mail sent to wdw.guest.communications@disney.com comes back with the following error:
Your message was not delivered to the following recipients:

wdw.guest.communications@disney.com: 550 5.1.1 <wdw.guest.communications@disney.com>... User Unknown

The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates are in the process of an e-Mail system upgrade. The person you intended to send this message to may have had their Internet e-Mail address changed, or it may be unavailable for a short time as part of this process.

If you feel that you have received this non-delivery notice in error, please contact the intended recipient by phone to confirm their address.

Any ideas? I pretty desperately need to get in touch with them.
Thanks!

FYI, front desk at AKL told me that norm noble is now at epcot, rick allen is new mgr. (at least as of yesterday, that is what they were saying.)

Is Reggie Williams in charge of the WWoS? He is listed at Rec & Sports, but I didn't know if it was broken down by venue at all.
Thanks.

Can I ask what people's experiences of complaining to WDW are? I wrote a letter to DCL 5-6 weeks ago and have yet to receive an acknowledgment, let alone any kind of resolution. Should I just expect
1. to be ignored,
2. receive a placatory reply from an underling, or
3. receive an indepth reponse which indicates they have taken note of my concerns?

Many thanks :sad2:

Doc Grumpy

Do you mind saying what problems you had?
I have received calls from WDW and did get a letter back from DCL but it took quite some time.
Beth

To my amazement I received a reply this morning (do they read these boards??)

Unfortunately the reply was a placatory response from an underling giving no indication of what they had done about the issues I'd raised (some of which were serious safety concerns regarding DCL - I am a family practitioner in the Royal Air Force and my husband is an engineer in the Royal Navy and between us we had identified and raised these concerns whilst at sea and on our return in writing because they weren't dealt with to our satisfaction by on boards services). The tone was one of disinterest, almost as though it was too much effort to respond at all.

We didn't want compensation etc just someone to investigate the issues and give us a reassurance about taking our safety seriously. This has not happened - do I write again complaining about the response or do I let it go and hope we're not proved right?:scratchin

Doc Grum py (signed in under my husband board name)

Was the person replying from DCL?
If the issues were safety related I might send another letter or try to obtain a phone number to be sure someone is realy aware of your concerns.

As I was travelling with you on the ship I was concerned that the safety of the ship and the passengers was compromised by the crew. If, thank God it didn't, there was a need for an evacuation of the ship during the pin fiasco there would have been choas. Perhaps DCL would like the matter investigated by Lloyds of London the insurers
