Disney account

I've had a Disney account for years to make ADR s and such stuff. Am I right in thinking this account is the one you use for the new fast-pass+ etc?

If so any ideas why it won't recognise my email add and password? But when I try to create a new account it's telling me my email address is already linked to an account...... err yeah I know, but you won't let me in!!!!!!!

Any suggestions?

Yes - if you had an account on the old site it has transferred over.

Try re-setting your password as that should then let you in

I did try 're-setting the password but still no joy.

Have since 're-set once more and got in.
