Disney ABC Book

Last year I did a great Disney scrapbook of our trip. For this years trip I thought I would do more of an ABC Disney book. Has anyone done this? There are some letters that I know I will be having a hard time picking what to do (example "C" - Chef Mickey or CRT or Crystal Palace) and then there are others that I'm afraid I won't be able to get something good for. ANy insight?
