Disney 4th wish class ship

So this is due to come in 2027. Any ideas when we will hear something about this ship? Disney destiny is 2026 and we have known quite a bit for over a year now.

Is 4th disney wish class ship still going ahead? Any rumours out there about what it will entail?

We had some speculation (because no info is out other than its likely coming to the US) in the Ship New thread. Also the Destiny is sailing starting this year (Nov 2025) not in 2026.

It is definitely happening. It looks like Meyer Werft has given it a hull number as per Scott’s blog.

Sailing in 2027 so we likely have a while to wait for updates on themes.

It will be quite a while before we hear any details about the 4th ship. Details of the Destiny are only now being revealed ad it will be sailing in just a few months. I'd expect Disney to want to focus attention on the Destiny for a while.

No. The 4th Wish class will come before the OLC Wish class. Wish #4 is slated for 2027.

I don’t think we will get any details on Wish #4 until after the Destiny sets sail.

Having only sailed the wish, what makes you feel that way? My dislikes about the wish were more structural than aesthetic so I am curious.

You're right that structurally they are the same. It's the theming that makes the difference for us.

We were given the Treasure's name at D23 in 2022 (did not sail till 2024). Last year at D23 they had a big enough announcement with the fleet expanding to 13 by 2031. I think chances are very high we get the name of the next Wish class at D23 unless they have some huge surprises.

After the 5th Wish ship DCL is having 3 smaller ships (larger than the Magic but smaller than the Dream).

By 2031 we will have 2 Magic class ships, 2 Dream class ship, 5 Wish class ship, 1 Adventure class ships and then 3 of these new mid sized ships
