Disney 2015...am I the only one?

I just spent 5 days in Homestead for NASCAR and it was the first time being in Florida without visiting Disney. I recently bought a new car and drove from MA to Homestead and tent camped at the track. I love tent camping and now that I know I can make the drive, I'm planning on camping at Fort Wilderness at some point in 2014. I havent been to Disney since 2009 and I was spoiled by the Polynesian but now that I'm an experienced tent camper, I want to try the Fort.

One of my very best friends and her mother love Disney as much as I do and are trying to get back as soon as possible. Theyre going on a cruise in 2014 so theyve picked 2015 as their return to the House of Mouse and Im going with them. They usually travel with 8-10 people and usually get a few value resort rooms. Im planning on at least a week but possibly more.

I want to stay at Art of Animation and will suggest it to the group. All the smaller family groups with kids can have their own suites and then the younger adults can all share a suite. Im excited for magic bands and the Snow White mine cart ride. Ive yet to experience New Fantasyland so thats also super exciting. I dont remember when packages get announced but ill be booking room only as soon as I can.

Ive only been to Disney in May and November and would like to return in either of those months but Im also interested in visiting in October. I love Star Wars weekend but would also love a crossover Halloween/Christmas party trip. Im not worried about crowds so much as I am about weather.

Im so excited to get planning on this trip! All my other trips were planned a little over 180 days out, but im ready for over a year of awesomd planning fun! :)

I am currently planning our WDW trip for September 2015! Our first trip as a family, and possibly my MIL and FIL will be joining us!! It will be FIRST time ever trips for my DH, DD and MIL. Myself and my FIL have been there, But as a family, our first time!

My DH thinks I am crazy for planning so far in advance, but it gives me something to do, helps the time go by, and to add I am completely IN LOVE with WDW, now more than ever that I have a DD.

My last trip was 2004, so I am feening to go!! Already have dates picked out, Hotel,(ASM) ADRs that I want to make. Just have to wait for the crowd calendar to come out to start finalizing some things!

Makes an OCD person happy to plan that far ahead!! :rotfl2:

We're planning for Oct/Nov 2015. We want to hit Food and Wine Festival and Christmas Decor too if we can do both.

We were going to go this year, but we had a surprise pregnancy and I'm just not up to taking a 3 month old to the World! So this year we're doing Disneyland at the end of the month (it's a quick, cheap trip from Utah), and then the World in 2015.

We wanted to take a Disney cruise this year, but we couldn't make the dates work with my work schedule so we're "settling" for Disneyland.

I'm thrilled for our trip in January but I REALLY can't wait to go back to the World. The last time we were there was 2008, and I've already got SW points saved for 2 free flights which makes it much more reasonable to fly.

We are planning for April 2015. Right after tax season so 4/17 - ???

I dont think it will be bad, crowd wise. It will be after Easter, after Spring Break (at least in the South), and close to the end of the school year.

We are going to go for the Flower & Garden Festival. My mom being an avid gardener all her life would love it I think. And depending on prices will determine how long we stay. I want to surprise her but we are unsure if it will just be her and I or DH and DD along too. I have never gone to WDW with my parents. Lots of decisions.

That I will hash out after our trip in 17 days!!!!!!:woohoo:

Our first trip is in March 2014, so we haven't even gone yet, and I am already trying to figure out how to afford our next one!!!!

We are planning August 2015.

We were originally planning August 2014 but we have to move that month and I'm not trying to push the budget that tightly or go crazy with a big trip like that with a big move.

Last time we went was August 2011.

Since then we did Jersey Shore in 2012, Nicaragua in 2013 (adult only) and Virginia Beach with the kids. This year we are going to do Ocean City Maryland with the kids for a week in August.

I already have a direct deposit going into a savings account so by August of next year I'll have around 2500 in there. Planning on using that as food/spending money since we don't do the DDP.

Tickets and hotel will come from income taxes next year and separate savings.

Nothing booked yet but we are planning for January 2015. Our last Disney trip was this past June and as usual I came home ready to plan the next one! :thumbsup2

We returned from 6 days at POR the week before xmas. It was our first trip and had a great time. No doubt we are going back, but the debate is when. DH says he doesn't want to go back till our youngest is at least 3 which would put us in the fall of 2015 and I really think he would prefer waiting 2016(not gonna happen). I am trying to figure out how to squeeze a trip in for Jan 2015 (DD2 still free). She will be 2y3m vs 15 months.

We have narrowed it down to late October early November. If we are there over Halloween, what are the crowds like?

Sitting here planning out my February-March 2015 trip to Disney and I'm glad I have time to save. I'm in eastern Canada and it's $1200+ to fly. Ouch! $3600 just to get my DS, his best friend and I to Orlando on top of all the other costs.

On the plus side, I'll have enough Air Miles to cover the park tickets and car rental. Yay for that.

We will be there at that time frame. Dh is celebrating his 60th birthday and he wants to go to DW and be there on his birthday which is Halloween. I think it might be crazy on Halloween since it will be a Saturday.

Just booked our tickets for March 2, 2015 !! same Staterooms as last time.
Woohooo!! Cant wait and its like 14 months away:(

I know how you feel. I will be booking the Panama Canal cruise this Feb or March for Sept 2015!! I have to wait 18 months to go. But, I will also book the Med cruise 2015, so that one I only have to wait 14 months.

Its never to early to Plan! We are planning on May 2015 with the family and I am thinking of surprising my husband with a trip November 2015 for F&W to celebrate our Anniversary.

We were planning a Christmas 2015 trip, then decided on a Thanksgiving cruise 2015. Now we're back to planning a WDW trip after hubby saw summer pricing for the cruises. Nov 17-27 2015! 600 DAYS! Haha
