Disney 2010? Booking Issues

my firend and i are planning to go to orlando for 2 full week in the summer of 2010 july to be exact. she will be 18 i will be 17 do hotels allow you to make reservations at that age?

i've actually been asking the same question recently...

From what I got back, you can check into a hotel if you're 18, but if you're under that age, you might not be able to check in.
