I love both pages Jennifer!! I like the contrast of the blue K and then it ties right in to the mats. What about lip cut-outs in one or more corners of the larger mat?

Jen -- I love the hugs page! I have so many photos, it will be hard to choose. WHat was the font for that one?

THe K page -- honestly, both the pink and blue K's look just fine. What I would do in this situation is put photos, any photos, on top of the mats and then see if the blue or pink K looks better. Sometimes in this situation, I feel like the blue letter is too much blue, but once you cover up the mats with the photos, I realize that I need a bit more blue. Make sense?

Extra lips sounds like a good idea. Maybe ribbon if that doesn't work. or some bling?

I am sooo sorry it took this long to get back, somehow I missed this post. I can seperate and but each page to the proper person. If you could just label on the back where you put your name the person it goes to, so I will know. That is what I did for my "Q" page.

For me eventhough I have a boy I like the girl wand, so you can mark me down for a wand.

BTW I love both of your pages, somehow I missed those too?. Have not been on the computer much. Love the shimmery papers.

Lots of awesome pages posted in the last few days. I just love Ann's "X" page. She sent it to me earlier and thought it was fantastic. Can not wait to use that on our Pirate League's adventure.

Jennifer your Hugs page is great. Your "H" really stands out and I love the little mickey hands. Too cute. Your "K" page is just as nice. I like both the pink and the blue. I like the blue because the "K" really stands out and I like the pink, because it makes it nice and simple. Susan had a good idea with laying photos on it to see which really stands out to you. I was thinking lips for embellies as well or maybe some ribbon. I have ribbon I got from ACM that is american crafts with flowers of the same design like the paper. If you would like it I can mail it off.Then again your just might have it as well.

Hmmm, I'll have to run over to ACM. The paper is SEI, the ribbon is AC? Is it in a package with other ones, or just a single roll of ribbon? I may try to find some pink organza or pink and white gingham...I'll try the titles with photos on the page. I was thinking of adding a pink and white gingham bow to one of the ears on the journal box, so that it looks like Minnie, so the ribbon may tie it all together.

The embossed lips are from a piece of paper that Holly gave me - I punched it out with a circle punch, I'm fairly certain I can get 30 out of it.

Okay, I took the dot off the I and added a set of lips. If I can find a smaller circle punch, I'll use that. I am leaning toward pink and white gingham around the mats, with the blue K. I added some (generic) pictures and I think the blue is better. (I had a hard time finding pictures where she wasn't wearing pink, because the pink definitely would have won out).

What say you all?

All of the pages look great!

It's a SCAL font. LDJ Zany Doodle. I don't even know where I got it, but I liked the way it looked.

Zany Doodle is from srapnfonts and it's a free font. I really need to experiment more with my SCAL fonts, I love how you've cut this one out.

I like the blue K - balances out all the pink (in case we don't put girly-girl photos here). Could live with the popular vote if it goes the other way, too, though!

I think I already know what photo(s) we'll be putting here - the PhotoPass photographer at the castle had us do a fun one kissing with the kids covering their eyes. I think it turned out ok!
