It's funny how things work sometimes. 10 years ago I was fresh out of college, preparing for a wedding, was looking for a house to buy, and had accepted my first real job. I was having the time of my life racing dirtbikes and traveling when possible. It was a hectic and an exciting time in my life. My wife and I were married on May 27th. We honeymooned at Wilderness Lodge for a week. I started my new job when we returned home, and we bought a house soon thereafter.

Fast forward 10 years....my 32's fit a little tighter, my hair is a little more gray, still racing (but I hurt more now), and we have 2 wonderful little girls who love Disney. The similarities are we are preparing for a trip to the Fort to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, I just accepted a new job at Southern Company as a chemist (today), and we are preparing to build a new house. I almost feel 24 again....

Congrats on the job, the new house, and the upcoming trip to WDW. But especially - congrats on the anniversary!! 10 years is an accomplishment these days! :thumbsup2

Happy Anniversary!! DW and I celebrated our 15th last week. You're doing great getting past 2 these days!

By the way, I felt like I was 24 once. Problem is, I was 14 at the time.

Congratulations, hope the new life is just as exciting as the old one and even more for all of you.

Remember, don't blink 'cuz it goes by so quick. Our oldest is now 18 and it seems like yesterday when he was born!

Congrats on the new job and the 15 years! That's awesome! I would only want to go back to 24 if I knew then what I know now, but "feeling" 24 again would be wonderful!!!!!

Sorry! I see you're celebrating 10 years, not 15. After re-reading the other posts, I obviously got confused by Dave's reply. My DH and I will celebrate 15 years in November and I must have just "connected" with Dave's anniversary. It really doesn't take much to confuse me.:confused3

Congrats on 10 years!
