A funny story all. . .

I worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Colliers Seeley in Los Angeles for many years. I had a staff of 10 and basically ran the business lives of 2000 brokers. I was responsible for golf tournaments, dinner parties, broker conferences etc. One year when planning a broker year-end sales meeting/conference, I decided to use the Disneyland Hotel/Grand Californian hotel at Disneyland. When I sent my boss the estimates and projections for the conference he was pleasantly surprised at the numbers and I was given the go ahead. It was the first time my love of Disney and my business life meshed. . .Disney did a fabulous job and we all got to enjoy the hotels and the parks. . .wonderful.

It was. I really did love that job. When my boss retired I decided to become a nurse. Nursing is what I have always wanted to do and it is much less stressful. The other job I was on call 24/7 pretty much. Not officially but ya know, CEO's of fortune 500 companies expect alot from their executive assistants.

Ummm yeah......... okay. You are again assuming to know what I think. Please stop. There may be a reason I actually addressed Teresa and not for the reason you stated. But thank you for being you and pointing it out. Happy New Year Darcy.

The comment was made because I "Teresa" was the creator of this thread which is Part 2 (Part 1 is somewhere buried in the Boards). Plus I'm the one that put together the first meet almost 2 years ago in Baltimore at a the Crab Cake Factory. (MouseCop remember the flying awning) and been doing them every since. Some folks are just use to me doing all the planning but anyone can do it if they would like. Especially since my schedule has been so busy. Darcy, Sha or whoever go ahead start your planning and if I'm available, then I'll be there.

I got a friend that lives in Mineral which is east of richmond i think but he isn't into Disney. But sure, if you set something up, i don't mind going down for the meet. a luncheon would be cool also.

You may not have heard that there is a chance of snow in Florida Saturday T. LOL

Feel for the marathon runners... 5am at Epcot will be 30 but with windchill 20 then colder as the front comes down a bit more.
