Are you doing one of those Team Bradford 30 day stays? :)

I thought 60 days seemed a little short. I arrive for the DIS Meet on November 2nd. Google tells me that is 94 days from today, so I still have a month to sort it out.

From July 30: (see my recent post)

I added 2 days (to Aug 1).

Then I added 30 days (to Sep 1).

Then I added 60 days (to Oct 30).

Which is the day WE check in (and can book up to +10). Which is why I said everyone's timetable will be unique to their schedule.

All that to say - time is coming up soon to get excited! And make some ADR's.

ED

PS - we are coming in a little early so I can do the Wine & Dine 5k on 10/31 and Wine & Dine 10k on 11/1 (both at Epcot early in the AM).

Did you see the medals? The 5k is the best one.

I did.

To go with the food/Wine&Dine theme, I guess Swedish Chef was the right choice. Although I would have loved to have seen Kermie/Piggy/Fozzie as a Muppet theme.

The 10K one was 'meh' since I haven't seen the movie Tiana is in - so not familiar with it.

Each will be the 'bling' of the property, though, for about 24 hours when the time comes.

ED

PS - of course Bert and Kris will be sporting the Remy half medal after Sunday morning.

For those of you that are staying in the premium category: If you'd like to stay in the same loop together, please message me your reservation # and last name and we'll call and set us up as a "travel together" number and they'll put us together. Certainly not required, just offering.

This should probably be done for those in the Premium loop as well as those in the Full loop. Here is the post.

For both types, let @Bishoparc know your name and reservation number (plus site type) so that Premium folks can be near each other in the same loop and the Full folks can be near each other in the same loop.

Knowing Fort geography, Full loop 2100 is next to Premium loop 1100 and connected by a sidewalk with a Comfort Station in-between.

I missed this post (on pg 21) in the past several months and wanted to make sure everyone saw it and had the opportunity to follow through on it.

I hope I did that allready! Not sure though. I think we should try and get a night for the hoop de do together for those that want to go. I know we had some interest in a group going together, with the adr coming up, we should try to come together with a date. Unless we did that? If so just tell me when and where. Lol.

Spencer,

All this needs is someone to drive a stake in the ground and take the lead, Assistant Chief. :firefight

What we know is that Monday November 4 is our group dinner together (if memory serves - I could be wrong).

Any other night is probably fair game. Or at least open for discussion.

We need a plan and date for the hoop de doo.

I would prefer 11/7 or 11/8 for HDDR.

I think I sent my stuff to @tigger92662 for travel together for the full loop folks, but I could be mistaken

Ok so for HDDR we have
@Part-Time Paradise(2 adults, 2 children)
@Bishoparc
@Teamubr (3 adults)
@jbrostek (1 adult)
@BenitaN (2 adults)
@tripleb
@Boomer1 (2 adults)
@Disney Peach (1 adult)
@Sjm9911 (2 adults, 1 kid)
@MrsPAHunter (1 adult)
@himandher818 ( 1 adult)
So for me Thursday 11/7 works. If this is ok with most or all we can chose a time and section. I think 4pm time is not great, so we have 615 or 830 to pick from. The categories for the dinner show are basicly floor seating ( best ) for about 74$ or balcony for 5 dollers less. I suggest the floor seating. Especially with the larger group. Any other thoughts welcome.

@Sjm9911 Having gone in big groups, floor is probaby best and a better chance of interaction with the show. Disney Visa card holders save 10%, so im willing to book it unless someone else wantds the point and leverage the discount. Will call to get that discount, but I can call as soon as we are closer to our date.

@tigger92662 confirmed to me that he will handle the Full campsites and I guess Arc will continue to handle the Premium.

Send them a PM (if you haven't already) with your last name, date of arrival, and reservation number (which may or may not be the same based on what's in the table on page 1).

Sorry to mislead folks in post #464. I'll go slither under my rock now in my shame and let the grown-ups handle things.

Ed

PS - but it still needs to be updated in the Fort records at least 30 days before the first DISMeet guest arrives for the best arrangements.

I am bumping this for the HDDR! I May have to pm people or ask people for personal contact info!

I like all the thoughts for times and location.

Me too, but it seems no one is following the thread. Only the people with numbers next to them replied. And so far it's for Thursday 11/7 at 615pm. No one has in otherwise. Will a PM send a message to someone's email?
