How was everyone's Thanksgiving?

Mine was good

I went to my sil and my other sil, who gets on my nerve brough her new boyfriend


Well after we met him, I pulled the sil I like into the kitchen and said..SO, who is going to do it? She said What? I said,


Tell the boyfriend that he is gay

Hope that did not offend, but it was so obvious.....







Other than that, I am a little bit irked at the moment

I got a letter from my son's school food service, where I send his milk money in monthly.


They said the $7.00 check I sent it was returned for non suffiicient funds.

I was floored and pulled up my checking account, even though I check it daily.

This check did not come through my account and the lowest my balance has been since the 13th, the date of this check was $295.00


I called up the call center of the bank and she searched a few screens and said they are wrong. No record of this check and there are no returned check fees on my account

So, of course school is closed, being day after holiday, so I left them a message

I am just really pissed off as they said I need to pay the $7.00, plus a $10 would say that maybe he wasn't gay until he dated her, that would do it for me!

I'd get the bank's customer service to send you a ltter with that info on it that no $7.00 check came through your account and that no checks had been returned and take it to that school and show that to them! I would NOT pay the non sufficient fee for sure and I would give them a hard time if it was their fault and ask for an apology but if it was the bank's fault, I would make them pay the insufficient fee to the company along with a letter explaining it was their fault, not yours![/B][/COLOR]

One of the things I find so great about the Wii is that you can download some of the games from the regular Nintendo and Super Nintendo games.

Now this is sounding more dangerous (which means expensive) every day

Yeah, it was a good time cracking jokes about sil boyfriend..Don't get me wrong, he was very nice, but he was not for her

Yeah, I can not wait to see what they say....

I was just looking at my online banking again, for another reason and in fact the day I wrote that check, steve direct deposit was in there and i deposited my paycheck on Friday. So there was plenty of money in there

I sure hope everything is getting worked out today with the bank. I didn't realize you banked with PNC. That is who we bank with also and they seem to be pretty good about customer serivce.

well, the lady at school is super nice, thank god, or I would be foaming at the mouth..LOL

They bank with Wachovia and they told her they entered in my checking account 2-3 times and it kept coming up as invalid

I am beyond mad as I know that is a valid account. I rarely write checks, so that particular group of checks i was using, have been using since like February and in fact, I wrote 3-4 other checks using same group of checks to the school and they all were fine


I normally have no troubles with PNC, but this is first time I feel helpless and all over stupid $7 dollar check, which makes me more mad


The lady at school is going to fax me a copy of the front of the check, so I can see what is going on, as I am so confused

In meantime, I SHot off another email to PNC begging them to please either contact wachovia or contact the school, even if they just write a letter validating that the checking account number is valid. THat is all I want. If Wachovia gets that from PNC on their letterhead, I would like to think they would immediately erase the $10 fee from school account and credit Trent account back the $10

Steve said just bring milk in myself rest of the year and refuse to pay it. But, thing is, this same account he has is from now until his senior year. What heck, is he never going to be able to by lunch for this darn 10 dollars

Hey girlies Sharky looking forward to going Christmas shopping next week.Don't really have any stories from Black friday except that right before we opened the gates,about 100 people were waiting to get in and the n it was a mad rush around the atore when we let them in. Everybody was pretty nice that night,no crabbypants Mommom,I miss you too Betsy,I still have quite a bit of shopping left to do,but not too bad.Have you seen the holiday plush Minnies,soooo cute.Hope to chat soon.Hi to anyone I may have missed

Finally got a nice lady at my bank's branch and I faxed her a copy of the check, which I finally got.

Wachovia other bank, acutally put my account was closed

PNC is baffled and took the school phone number and said she will straigthen this out.

I am going to give her a call in the morning and see what she has found out in the meantime.
