Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! I hope you all had a safe and happy holiday! Among the many things I am thankful for all of you are among them!

How was everyone's Thanksgiving?

Mine was good

I went to my sil and my other sil, who gets on my nerve brough her new boyfriend


Well after we met him, I pulled the sil I like into the kitchen and said..SO, who is going to do it? She said What? I said,


Tell the boyfriend that he is gay

Hope that did not offend, but it was so obvious.....







Other than that, I am a little bit irked at the moment

I got a letter from my son's school food service, where I send his milk money in monthly.


They said the $7.00 check I sent it was returned for non suffiicient funds.

I was floored and pulled up my checking account, even though I check it daily.

This check did not come through my account and the lowest my balance has been since the 13th, the date of this check was $295.00


I called up the call center of the bank and she searched a few screens and said they are wrong. No record of this check and there are no returned check fees on my account

So, of course school is closed, being day after holiday, so I left them a message

I am just really pissed off as they said I need to pay the $7.00, plus a $10 returned check fee, total of $17.00 in cash or money order


It is embarassing having his school think I bounced a check


So, now i get to be pissed all weekend.

In the meantime, I also shot off an email to my bank customer service center, to see if they are able to a search for any $7.00 checks that came through all accounts between the 13th and today?

Chances are it was put through someone elses account

Sharky, That is funny about the new boyfriend. Especially since she isn't exactly your favorite person.

I would be mad as heck about the check thing. I would ask the school for at least a copy of your check because they have to have the check. Then kick some BUTT, but good!

Yeah, when I left a msg for them, I told them I wanted a copy of the check to show my bank as they have no record of this

I am really thinking it was put through the wrong account or maybe even ended up going another bank, by fault of their bank maybe?

Whatever case, I am not paying a returned check fee...they can kiss it my butt

Not much. We visited our local Circuit City which is closing looking for bargains and I bought myself "The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess." It was like 20% off so I figure it would be okay.

All I can say is Santa would be lamed by me in the middle of the night. It wouldn't matter that I knew it was there the whole time.

One of the things I find so great about the Wii is that you can download some of the games from the regular Nintendo and Super Nintendo games.

I was just looking at my online banking again, for another reason and in fact the day I wrote that check, steve direct deposit was in there and i deposited my paycheck on Friday. So there was plenty of money in there
