Thanks for all the well-wishes on DH's job!

So I made the ressies for GWL yesterday and of course, today I'm down with a cold -- just feeling icky, tired and head in the clouds type of thing...so I'm really trying to be good and rest and hopefully this will be gone by Monday!

Loren is going to be the Grim Reaper/Death. But for school, Kacy and I are going to do his hair and make-up (eyeliner! ) to look like Johnny, the bassist from Avenged Sevenfold.

Kacy is going to be a "preppy" girl for school, but she's not entirely sure what she is going to be at home. Most likely, a hippie.

You should have seen his make up before school. Oh my he looked different. His eyes were almost black because the eyeliner made his eyes look so dark. I was so ticked at myself after I dropped him off after school and I realized I hadn't gotten a picture because tonight he is death and he won't be wearing that make up.

Our girl is still a girl!! Everything looked healthy (10 fingers, spine, brain, etc)...they are going to watch the umbilical cord though...evidently it is not centered on the placenta which (may) mean that she is not getting enough nutrients and could be a smaller baby than she should be.

But doc said nothing to worry about at this stage -- best case is everything is fine. Worst case is we have to deliver much earlier than normal if she isn't growing like she should.

I go back in 5 weeks and hopefully we'll see good growth numbers.

So glad things are looking good - here's hoping it stays that way!

I just got back from Aidans school. I worked in his classroom for the party. They had a parade around the school - very cute. He had a half day so the kids are eating lunch and I am hoping they take a little rest before tonight. We will have pizza at a neighbors, then the dads take the kids t or t while moms hand out candy, then we go back to the neighbors to play cards while the kids play. Should be a fun night.

Chele - DH just asked me if I got candy for tonight. I told him that I got fruit snacks. He says - so we are that house again this year?

Few more things to share...

Abby got her first tooth today! Its about time, she is almost 8 months - but she is handling it like a trooper.

I was in Aidans class with another mom that I just met and we were talking Disney. They just got back and she was filling me in. So her parents show up and her dad - probably around 55-60 was wearing a mickey shirt with a Mickey Mouse earring! He then proceeded to tell me about this wonderful thing I should look into called DVC. He even pulled his official card out for me to see. Then we started a battle of Disney knowledge. It is the first time I have met a real life person with as much Disney knowledge as me. But he hadn't heard of the disboards. Said he was going home to check it out!

I had a blast today at work, even though it was my last day. They included me in everything and made me feel good. You can go over to our TR thread and check out how my day was, lol. I posted some pictures but have tons more left to post.

Morning Everyone

We have snow flurries today Feels more like winter than fall. We are heading to the library for a trick or treat parade today. DD will finally get to debut her Daisy Duck costume. Boy is she excited! We carved our pumpkins last night and DH was regretting that he chose Buzz. It took him a really long time but it turned out cute! I have pics to post of the pumpkin carving and the pumpkin patch but need to get them uploaded yet. I'll do that later today. Hope you all have a great day!

Chele - LOVE the pictures! It's so cool that you got to see Oprah and her gang. Was Gail funny? She always cracks me up on the show. Nothing even needs to be said about Nate It sounds like you got some really cool things! The purse hook sounds cute!

Just thought I would share. This is anti-drug week at DD's school and yesterday was Wild about being Drug-Freee so they got to wear Wild hair. She had pink, blue and black hair with glitter all over.

My hubby and I helped in Trent class today. It was a lot fun, but boy were they loud

That sounds like a fun nite.

We went to my best friend house and helped her set up for her party. Then about 7 kids and all their parents and some grandparents and aunts and uncles, about 20 of us went from house to house.

It was fun til the end, when Trent started his whining, PICK ME UP< I AM TIRED

Hope everyone had a great halloween

We had a nice time in Trent class helping out.

Have fun time with a few of the moms, just joking around and being silly.


Around 4:30 we went to my best friend house and we helped her set up for the party.

There were about 7 kids and 20 adults trick or treating. We were the largest group in the neighborhood


The kids played Hot Pumpkin, Make a mummy using TP and Freeze dance. Then they jsut ran around and played like nuts

We had pizza, soft pretzels, chips, pretzel, Hoagie salad, cupcakes, donuts and ton of candy.

It was a lot of fun.

I will have more pics to post later, but I am sure a certain someone is a bit impatient, so here is one I think "she" will love
