I need to get on my walking thing..lol..Me and eating right proportions is doing good...I need to find a workout dvd to do at home..For some reason I feel more comfortable exercising in my home, which then in turn makes me feel lazy so I need to figure something out!!
 
I have read many times that weighing yourself everyday is not a good assessment of weight loss/gain. You should weigh yourself only once a week. This will give you a more accurate estimate of your "diet's" results.

I really like the Walk Away the Pounds DVD's by Leslie Sansone. Some of those workouts are too much for me - tricky dance moves that I just can't seem to get :rotfl: But, WATP is simple and easy to follow. And I still sweat :thumbsup2

Glad to hear that! I was just on her website the other day looking at the DVD's. Nice to hear from someone who has used it and liked it.

I have heard the same thing. I think that weighting myself every Friday is what I am going to do. That way, I will have time to make up for a bad weekend.

My personal favorite is Walk and Kick, which incorporates some simple kickboxing moves. That workout goes pretty fast.

Eating was good today, but I didn't go for a walk. Dh had to go to a meeting for soccer so I didn't get a chance to get one in. That's ok though. My feet needed the break.

That sounds really good - thanks! There were so many to choose from on her website. I used to do a bit of kickboxing and even studied martial arts for a very long time so I think I will like this.


I didn't do so well with eating tonight. I was good all day but we made a frozen pizza for dinner tonight. It was just cheese but I ate a lot of it. I think I had a whole 1/2 and another piece. I was stressed out from my afternoon at work. Guess it could have been worse. Pizza is one of my downfalls!
 
I agree about pizza. It is so easy to just eat alot of it.

I finished my burrito today. I had part of it for lunch and then the rest for dinner.(like I said it was a big burrito) I went and bought some oatmeal so I cn fill up on that.

We will see
 
mmmmm....today I found 100 calorie nutter butter granola bars and they are delicious lol so those and nutri grain bars are snacks..i am allowed one a day!!
