Dishes in studio?

When we're at VWL next week, we'll have a 2 BR for us and a separate studio for my parents. I know the only dishes in the studio will be paper. Will my parents be able to call housekeeping to get "real" dishes (at least wine glasses) or is that frowned upon?

In the studio, your parents will have glass drinking glasses and ceramic coffee mugs, but paper plates & bowls and plasticware.

I don't recall seeing wine glasses in the 1 bedroom and larger kitchens, but I could be wrong. I do remember different size glasses, though.
