Hey all! I stayed home from work today and spent the day sleeping on the couch! I feel like such a lazy bum, but I just couldn't get myself moving. Oh well - everyone needs a day off every now & then, right?

Amen sista! I have spent no less than $500 on shoes in the past month. It's a serious obsession at this point! I think I'm set now, though. And I do have a pair of the Teva Pretty Rugged and they are very comfy! Not that I would try to pressure you to buy more shoes or anything...

I was on my feet for 10 hours today in my Croc Capri flip flops and had no problems. I think these will be my shoes to wear all day in Disney World. I LOVE them!

1Andrea I know you are asleep right now but...I got a chance to call tonight and they had a Wishes Cruise available!!! It is the basic on with no music...the others were all gone for that night. We will still have soft drinks and snacks though. We need to be at the marina at the Contemporary at 9:00 on 6/27...our cruise leaves at 9:30 and Wishes is at 10:00...I am so excited!! Our daughters will have so much fun together!! I can't wait to meet you & your family!! I have to call about 2 weeks before to confirm the time and location as soon as I do that I will PM you with my cell #.

Aren't there other members of our thread cruising that night (Wednesday 6/27) too?

Actually, the main way I can get to him right now is to take $1 from his Disney money whenever he isn't listening. Works nicely, because he has to do extra chores to earn it back!

Sweet. I think I'll steer clear of the wine tonite. We had macaroni with my homemade sauce and beef cooked in the sauce. But it didn't take long for me to have to run to the .... well, you know.

Do you brown your meat separately, DM? I have to do that and then drain it really well before I add it back to the "gravy" (we Italians call it gravy, not sauce. )
Sometimes it has that effect on me, too. Hope you are feeling better.

OK. You people really need to get a life! I can't keep up with all of this chatter.
Sunday the 24th is the TOT meet at 9:30. I plan to go to Fantasmic and sit in the back and head out at 9:20 or so and come over to find all of ya'll. Please wait up for us. The park doesn't close until 10 that night so we should be OK. Please have a fastpass in hand so we can all get in together without a long wait.
The Off Kilter meet is Monday the 25th at 5:15 at the little stage between Canada and UK in Epcot. The show starts at 5:30.
And for whoever asked, yes, we will be going back to the world next year. I am seriously addicted and can not make it more than a year without a trip. Next March I turn the big 4-0 and we are doing a Disney Cruise and 3 or 4 days at WDW afterward. I haven't decided where we will stay yet, but I am thinking about either GF or YC for the big 40th blowout celebration! My Birthday is in March, but we are going in May when the kids get out of school.

Oh no! Added pressure to get a Fast Pass?? Don't know if I can do it! We weren't too swift with figuring out those Fast Passes last June. At what point of the day would we need to get one for that late?

And next year? Not for us.. I think we will possibly try the Mediterranian Disney Cruise, or fly to Bermuda.

Couldn't find the Capri's in my size. I think that's what Dana has. Her foot is bigger than mine! Hope my "Athens" will do.

I always drain my meat, too. I buy either 80% or 85% lean, depending on what Sam's has at the time. Then I drain of much as possible. If its really bad, I will rinse it as well. Wynn and I both get terrible heartburn otherwise.

Cooked a lasagna tonight. OK... I took the Stouffers out of the fridge and popped it in the oven! It was YUMMO, though!

I can't make up my mind what I want to do. I keep thinking about a Disney cruise, a week in Florida (beach house a few days, Cape Canaveral, Sea World, Busch Gardens), or an all-inclusive resort somewhere... Cozumel and Grand Caymen are in the lead! I just know I want to do other things besides Disney for a year or two, then go back.
