Courtney... I am luck in that my sister and her husband purchase DVC this year and they will be taking their first trip in May... my DSIS doesn't like the rides so she asked me if I want to come along so he DH had a riding buddy.... we were joking around about it and I asked my DH while on the phone with her and he said YES... so she said to come for real.... we are going to do to all the parks of course... my sister picked all the dining... we are going to Coral Reef, Liberty Tree Tavern, 1900 Park Fare, Boma, and Mama Melrose...all I had to pay for was my plane ticket and the dining plan as I have an annual pass.....it will be lots of fun... my DSIS and I are very close.... we don't live near each other.. about 2 1/2 hrs away but we talk multiple times a day... she is a wonderful person....
So this will be my first time at SSR... I am very exicted to stay there..... I will take some photos for you all.....

I've got them "big old white legs" too but I've gotten used to them. My skin is very light and almost pinky sometimes so I don't even like to tan too much. My skin will thank me when I'm 80! However, even the slightest of sun will bring out my face freckles like crazy. I kinda like them tho...

I'm with you DM. My mom was Scottish/Irish and my dad was German. What's pigment??? I have 2 shades... ghost and lobster! I always use my kids water babies sunscreen, or I am toast. But I do get freckles in the summer on my face and shoulders... I like the ones on my shoulders!

DM- Sucks about your taxes. Hope you can get it resolved. I def. don't think you should be responsible for the late fee if it's your acct's fault.

DM... if you are getting money back, does NY have a penalty for not filing on time? NC only charges you a penalty if you owe them. Hold on to your confirmation that they filed, so you can prove it was their fault. My friend had that problem a couple years ago, and it was because the acct entered Jr instead of II (the second) on his name. Good luck! Thats blows having to use your credit card just before vacay... especially after paying it off just for that!

We finally had our special dessert today...the DQ at the turn to our house is closing & moving after today. They have been in this location for 41 years so instead of driving thru, which is what we usually do, we actually went in and had our treats today. It was kind of sad...they are moving to a brand new location in our new shopping center that is about 5 miles away. I had an oreo mint blizzard, DH had a waffle bowl turtle sundae, oldest DD had a KitKat blizzard & youngest had a strawberry shake AND some of everybody's elses

Have you been to Bermuda? I went with one of my best friends when we were 19 years old and loved it! We stayed in a hotel that was a stone's throw from the cruise ships in Hamilton.

Oh yes! It's my favorite place!! I've been there three times... my first trip was like you - with a good friend - I think I was 19 or 20.. we stayed at Grotto Bay. Then I returned for my honeymoon - stayed at Sonesta Beach. Two years ago we returned - Sonesta had sold to Wyndham, but we tried it anyway. I was disappointed in the service - Sonesta ran the place SO much better. Wyndham recently closed the property and it is being leveled and rebuilt as condos I thought I read.

If we don't do the Disney European cruise next year, we might return to Bermuda and stay at Elbow Beach or the Southhampton Princess.
